Is there another way, other than choosing the educator background, to raise the skill of my followers ?
I guess it's possible to modify their leveling schemes. I don't know how to do that, though. Give it awhile, and if no one answers your question, send a private message to Jarinor. I think he knows how to edit the level schemes.
