Tarant - Where's Giles Appleby?

    According to the Terra Arcanum Walkthrough, I thought it would be a good thing to find Giles Appleby before i talk to Gilbert Bates.
    So, where can I find him? I've been looking at each and every house in Tarant but couldn't find anything like an "Appleby Residence".
    Or does he live elsewhere?

    Cedric Appleby lives on Low Dervish Row, just behind the Tarant Sewer and Power Plant I think...go to Bates house, follow the road till you come to LDR, go down, it should be on the left of the screen...
