there has to be a building or something I am missing in the university. i have looked in all of the buildings, and i see no tech manual salesman or Professor Eakins. im startin to get frustraited :-x
Ok, first I'm assuming that by University you don't understood the Zoological Society nor Willoughsby office. You went to the library right? Ok, right of the library there's a building full of chairs that seems some conference edifice... that's not the correct one; now between them two, to the north there's another building. In that edifice, there's a gnome that's a phrenologist (he's into the Half-Ogre conspiration), and in the left room there's an elf who has a book about the pagan gods, also there's a painting that's the key to do the gods quest right. And to the left of that, there's a room with a human in what I remember as a rustic finery, and north of him is a dwarf in a nice suit... the human is Prof. Eakins, and the dwarf is the one that sells the tech manuals. I hope that was clear.
