Stats, Blessings, and Skills

So heres a question, if my Charisma is 11 and I get Madame Toussaude's Gypsy Charisma +1 thus making my CH 12, am I eligible for an additional party member and rank in persuasion? Is a stat point given from a blessing considered a solid stat point or does it have any limitations?

 

It's a solid stat point.

 

Aye, it does count, it's essentially a full point spent in CHA as Orintil said. Frankly, it's a much better reward than the source of the stolen painting, which you can finish on your own either by being a good gumshoe, asking here, or checking out a FAQ.

You should also get the necklace of Hebe from the Panarii temple in Tarant to get +2 BE and +1 CHA

Also the Ring of Influence for +3 Cha, +3 Bea, +3 Haggle, +3 Persuasion. Use a fate point to pickpocket it if you don't want to master Haggle.

 

Im currently running Drogs UAP and with this charisma blessing business, Id like to reallocate a stat point to something more useful at the moment. However, all of the character editors Ive tried do not seem to work. Are there any editors out there that work with the UAP? Ive also tried Drogs follower editor and that doesnt seem to work either.

Anyone have any input for me?
