So after going full black necromancy tree and being greatly dissaponted with quench life I have modded damage of spells somewhat. During this I have nerfed harm and improved QL, however during playing with damage numbers I spoted anomaly. Even at MA100 spell never does full damage to creature with 0 resist, for example harm was changed to deal 3 - 20dmg it hovewer deals 15dmg to rat (example), quench life deals 75. Anybody got idea why? This also present in unchanged game, harm is listed as dealing 3 - 40dmg but only deals max 30. Its mostly pure curiosity...
