I m in Tarant at the university and i bought some Manuals, but i cant read them! when i want to use it.. nothing happens and the book stays in my inventory! Same with the schematic for multibarrel-gun from Bates'factory, cant learn it too.. all the other found schematics work but this baby wont and those manuals either.. whats the problem? i have the patch and i'm a Female Siclky Half-Orc Technologist..
The schematic for Schreck's Multi-barreled gun is just a quest item. The gun itself can't be built. The manuals have been discussed a lot at this forum. Try the search-function.
Just put the manuals in your inventory. You don't have to "use" them. Have them on your person and they will bestow their effects.
