    Any idea what sets Sogg off? My alignment is quite high, 65 right now, and old Sogg's not happy. He keeps threatening to leave me if I "keep up what I'm doing". However, I have no idea what I'm doing that's annoying him.

    So.. Why's Sogg getting upset?

    Sogg is verry good, if u do anything evil he will get upset and leav. But you seem good enough so i have no clue to what you might have done. And i dont have the game yet either!! :sad:

    I've tried using wine on him, it doesn't seem to do anything.

    As always, with high persuasion, he won't be very angry anymore. He will, in case you attack good characters, but he won't complain even if you don't give him wine.

    With master persuasion he wont say a thing. 100% loyalty. Thats nice :grin:

    Max Charisma, actually...master persuasion allows you to ignore alignment and reactions when recruiting.

    Haven't notice about this but ever since I got Sogg, he never complain since I already started adding points in my Charisma and Persuasion.

    You are probably playing an elf or gnome or halfling. Sogg is an Ogre (I think) therefore, he doesnt like the Minute Races or Elves. It adds to Sogg not liking you.

    use the wine usually after he asks you for wine..or tells you he wants wine if you want him to stay :smile:

    some special background and dialog him like this... it requires high Persuasion.

    "I have some questions Sogg"
    "You don't seem to be happy with me Sogg, is there anything i can do for you?"
    "Yes I understand, I will do best as i could"
    "Will you be happy with me again Sogg?"
    "Excellent my friend, let's get going"

    it seem to like this, but it's random dialog (bad reaction, good reaction, races). This dialog only do in some backgrounds and high Persuasion! you could do it to Virgil too!

    Explosivs, hits...

    Are u useing explosives? Sometimes followers get angry when accidently hit, that goes for ranged attacks also.
