Smokers of HoL

So I get a LOT of banner ads related to smoking from this forum. Now it's Prado No Tar, No Ash, No Smell. Just before this it was CAN SMOKING BE GOOD FOR YOU??? I can only assume advertising is targeted at least a little bit.

My question to you, HoL, is: Do you smoke?

Started smoking in Iraq 4 years ago, been off and on ever since. I'm a very erratic smoker, Marlboro menthol lights being my poison of choice.

Aww...that's a shame. To me, that's just sad, being an avid hookah lover. But, to each their own. Do you still admire smoke rings?

 

I'm not against the hookah. Never tried it. And of course, smoke rings are most impressive!

 

That's cool. I started way back on 2005, before it was cool for everyone to smoke hookah in the US (then again, hookahs have made smoking look cool for about 400 years). I've seen skull hookahs, that look nice, but would totally ruin the atmosphere of relaxation (for me). One doesn't smoke hookah to smoke, it's a tool of socialization. Commonly card games are played while smoking, but my friends and I also watch movies and play videogames while smoking. I believe I'm alone among my friends in that I smoke hookah alone. I do this mainly as a form of meditation. I would rather go without dinner than not be allowed my hookah.

My favorite thing to do with smoke rings is get one inside of another. I can't do it on command, but sometimes I've blown smoke rings through each other. I blow out maybe ten at a time and occasionally some go through others.

 

So i'm away for a month or so and this place gets, what, not one but TWO cheap fake cunt imposters of my humble self? The fuck is going on.

Well, this is General Discussion, not Arcanum Discussion. To be honest.

 

Well yes, I understand. But why all the trolling? Just because it's General, doesn't mean it needs to equal /b/ in "randomness".

 

No, but just because this isn't 4chan doesn't mean the admins enforce a strict code of conduct and swings the banhammer at anything that isn't in some way related to Arcanum. You can't really stop people for wondering about certain things, and sometimes they actually take action to find the knowledge.

As in this case, making a poll with some joke answer. And thus making a discussion about something, general, that everyone can talk about.
