Shall I Be Hammer Banned?

Once upon a time, my grandfather was captured in world war two, and treated to a speech as to why he ought to forget his family and work to death for the emporer of Japan. He said it was the most hateful speech he'd ever experienced.

As for me, I'm perfectly sheltered and spoilt, and the most hateful speech I've ever known is the Rules of this forum posted by Xiao. I'm sure that there have been some antisocial maniacs posting on this forum, (yes, like me), but the community seems very nice and civilised most of the time.

Isn't there an alternative to that most unwelcoming and impolite version of the rules?

Nah, the rules of the Ancients given to us by Jarinor and the rules written by Xiao for some reason.

The rules as written by Jarinor were decided to be outdated, and it was Xiao who was chosen by the community at large to update them.
