Can sebastian reach the highest tech discipline in electric and explosives,can he master firearms,prowling ,and piclocks?
H emaxes out Melee and firearms, He does not max any of his techs out(electric and explosives), looks like he doens't raise them past four (Just like Magnus, strange ...) He maxes out all his skills tht you mentioned (Firearms, Picklocks, Melee, throwing) But he can't gain mastery, because I don't htink the game allows that. I will look into it more tommorrow, it's close to bed time. I can also do a nice little hack that will let him max out his tech skills if you want me too, jsut takes a few mintues, cna include my hacked Magnus in there or not, upto you.
