Is there anywhere on the continent where I can find this damned gun?! It takes 85 gun-smithy to make...I mean, 78 over the max?! Is Schreck on the continent or something? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
Umm..... the max in gunsmithy is 100. If you cant make it, then try buying some technical manuels. You can find them at the northernmost part of Tarant.
If you mean the schematic you find in Bates's warehouse, you can't learn it. It's just a quest item for the Theives Guild. You can add the schematic with a character editor but a) that's cheating and b) it's not a very good gun anyway.

No I beg to differ Sir. Droch's Warbringer also takes the Ancient Gun chassis. UNLESS, there is a mod that changes the ingrediants.
