Wonder if it would have been better if he it was a international court, not a court from Iraq. Killing him would actually be nice, but then, letting him live and remind him every day of want he have done for, lets say... 10 years or more, would probably be worse for him and therefore a better thing to do.

I just don't get why he's still alive.
They should have killed him the first day they found him.
Thats what pisses me off about America.
They seem to wait just a little bit to long with the whole death penalty thing.
Especially in this case. Its clear he's a nasty piece of work so kill the fucker. I mean Jesus Christ, they decided to go to war with Iraq faster than this!
No offense to them there a great country but, i find it hard to believe they cant find one Iraqi on a camel being followed by a camera crew and most likely with a beard bigger than his body yet they can find someone about 8 foot underground in a hole of about 75 cm in width.
Anyway, i hope he does get hanged and we all get to see it.
