Race Editing.

Is there any way to edit the current races?

 

What do you mean by 'edit'? If you access the 'effect.mes' file you can change race stats. There is another file somewhere that would even let you change thier names. However then you would have to change all the dialague in the game to fit.

 

Ah, I figured as much. Yeah, I know about the dialouge problem if I were to edit the names and by editing I meant stats and all that good stuff. I guess I just overlooked the race section in effect.mes :???: My own stupidity.

yeah, the section is at the very top. you can also edit the stats of the social classes. now if you go to description.mes you will be able to change any names there.
