Just in case you haven't done so already, over in the hints and tips section is three threads that are generally devoted to the hard-to-figure-out things in Chris' mod. Those might save you a lot of headaches.

In the cargo hold, almost hiding in the shadow. At first glance you might mistake it for an odd-looking chest.

In Car-Arcanum you should have no problems doing so. The hold is built in and works just fine.

BTW: You're not trying to use one of the cargo hold hacks with Car-Arcanum are you?!

car arcanum noob advice?

I haven't played arcanum since the year it was released. I'm thinking of reviewing guides before I play because I remember restarting a few times due to relative values of various stats and abilities and other character build characteristics being skewed in various ways that made some of them far less generally useful than others.

Will playing car arcanum effect the value of the advice dispensed by such guides? Are some skills or abilities or stats more or perhaps less valuable relative to the others when playing car arcanum instead of vanilla arcanum? Maybe strength has a somewhat lower priority due to having a car for instance?
