    Guys, when someone arrives who is obviously spamming in the hopes of provoking a flaming session, I don't think we should indulge them.

    Just ignore them, and don't post to their threads. The threads will sink, and their sad attention seeking will be unsuccessful, causing them to move on to boards where the users are more easily provoked.

    Bear in mind: if you make a comment on their behaviour in their threads, no matter how witty/cutting/nasty the comment, they'll be happy you did.

    I hate this time zone thing.... I wake up in the morning.. Come to work, fire up my (well, my bosses at the moment) net connection and read these forums only to find that I missed a flame war.
