Guys, when someone arrives who is obviously spamming in the hopes of provoking a flaming session, I don't think we should indulge them. Just ignore them, and don't post to their threads. The threads will sink, and their sad attention seeking will be unsuccessful, causing them to move on to boards where the users are more easily provoked. Bear in mind: if you make a comment on their behaviour in their threads, no matter how witty/cutting/nasty the comment, they'll be happy you did.
I just can't stop myself playing around a little bit... maybe that thread will evolve into something really funny, or become worthy enough for the Vault of Folly :booze: Okay... I'll heed your advice, Sheriff! ... can I feed your All-knowing Ass? :winknudge:
I hate this time zone thing.... I wake up in the morning.. Come to work, fire up my (well, my bosses at the moment) net connection and read these forums only to find that I missed a flame war. Damn Americans. Why can't you all post in your night time so that I'm around to get in on the action?
Damn that moral high-ground! No, wait...damn self-righteous assholes who take the moral high-ground...yeah, that'll do...
I must report you to some animal rights group Sheriff. As we all know, you keep a very famous ass at your house. And you are starving it? You even tried to convince Feldon to stop feeding his sheep, naughty and cruel I might say.
Hey, thanks. I hadn't noticed until your post. Wow. Well, I'm.........not as fulfilled as I thought I would be, having reached 250 posts. I mustreach ageless blade... (250 posts without the insanity, eh Jinxed?)
If you're trying to suggest the Oracle of Fulham is an animal, you may wish to retract it before he notices. Last time someone did something similar, te oracle predicted some very bad things for the perp.
But if we do not post at all, the animals will go bored and eventually die of starvation. [ This Message was edited by: Qilikatal on 2002-03-16 02:52 ]
