Pelojians Amulet

How do i obtain pelojians amulet? I need it to find out the location of the Vendigroth Wastes uke:

 

i's in tha last of the four buildings with a sign you open, in Tulla... if you've already been in them... it is there... just look a little better then

 

If you're sick of trying to figure out how to open the doors, you can just break them down. No one seems to care. The amulet will be on the floor, and it's kind of hard to see. Run the mouse all over the floor if you can't find it. When you mouse-over it, it should light up.

 

and if you're not good at breaking down stuff... lockpicking is always an option _

 

How can you not be good at breaking down stuff? You hit the door. With your hand. And then you hit it some more. Don't worry, you can't die (I've gotten reduced to 1hp pounding stuff, but never died).
