Oops! (Spoilers)

Um.. I think I messed up. Early in the game doing one of the Thieves underground quests I killed Dr. Tristian Fenwick. I think I messed up doing that. When the Stillwter Giant expert told me to take it to him, and I remembered that name. I was like nooooo! Is there any other way to get a pelt to take to the elf so I can get to the hidden elf city?

 

if you've been to h.t.parnells, he has a fake pelt in his museum case... you can buy/steal it...

If you have the bunny then you should meet the real Stillwater Giant. Kill it and you will get the real pelt.

 

that's the only time i ever got attacked by the real giant was after i found quintarra... and the elf dude will accept the fake pelt... if he doesn't kill him, take the necklace, and give it to the herb lady in shrouded hills... she'll tell you where to find quintarra...

 

I found a level 30 blue bunny on my way to see the guy in Tarant. When I attacked it it turned into the Giant.

 

hunh... that's strange...

 

Always wanted to save the cage and capture the REAL giant (blue bunny?), but that never seemed to work, suppose a save-game editor'd do the trick, they let you splice in items, don't they?

 

You don't need to actually be carrying the bunny in the cage to meet the giant.

I usually trick, steal, or buy the fake pelt from Prnum without damaging the case, and give the fake to the elf. That way, if you get the real pelt you can sell it to parnum to fill the case.

 

I meet the little blue bunny outside of Still Water, after I found out the location of Quintarra. But it was too cute to kill so I left it alone. =p

I just stole the key from Parnel and stole the pelt.

 

Sometimes I just nick the pelt straight away when I get to Tarant (for xp) then just put it back in the case and collect it after the wheel clan. If you want the amulet without killing the herbalist (its good) then kill the guy and use conjure spirit, muhahahaha

 

I just stole the amulet off of the guy. Bawhahahaha! Being a master Thief was great.
