    These npcs can hold a gtudge a long time.

    Its happened twice now to me. Once in denholm with amulet of beauty and the maid at madam lil's.

    I figured I could just knock them out (healing them to keep them alive). Did my thievery and on my way.

    Anytime I get close to these areas, here they come, even afters years of time. Don't they ever forget..................hehehehehe

    Nope, they have pretty solid memories. If you're looking for ways to deal with NPCs without killing them there are ways, just ask.
