not getting any fatepoints?

Hello. Just a quick question:
Somehow, I get the feeling that Im not getting any new fatepoints anymore.
In the mainquests, Im on my way to quintarra now. Besides that, I have made all the ashburry quests, all tarants quests I could find and explored the various locations between ashburry and tarant.

However, the number of fatepoints I was awarded duringt the whole game is exactly 2 so far.
I thought this is a bit strange since I got that 2 first points fairly early at the start, so I didn't think that they are THAT rare.

I just found a list on teh internets of places and quests which award you fatepoints. Among those was:

Isle of Despair Help Cynthia Boggs in her escape

I definatly did that, by talking my way through the guards and I definatly didnt get a fatepoint for it. Whats wrong with my game?

 

You might just have a minor bug.

It's not all that important to have the fate point, but if you want one badly enough, you should convince Loghaire Thunderstone to return to his people as king.
