    Hey this guy says he can teach me Expert Dodge for 500 coins. I have 2400 but it wont give me the option to ask for training. I have three ranks in dodge and apprentice training already! Whats the deal?

    I may be wrong but i believe you need 5 ranks for expert and 7 ranks for master?

    But since he did not give you the option, could it be the wrong person?

    It's probably one of those very cool things they call bugs. Been playing some time and the game sure isn't perfect. sometimes rebooting the game helps but that won't work in your case I bet
