Need help finding a place to store items

    I know this has moste likley been asked milions of times but im looking for a good place to store items (im a techie so i cant teleport) ive tried the docks in tarant and houses in blackroot but cant fined anny realy good places to store stuff

    plz help me and sorry for anny bad spellings :smile:

    Err well you could try your inventory?
    Anywhere else, say a box or a chest is pretty stupid becuase when you leave the area the items get deleted!

    I usually store items in the chest/dresser available at the local Inn. When playing a mage, blackroot is a good choice, because when you teleport to the town you are right next to the Inn. For a techie, There is an Inn located semi-close to the town entrance and Tarant is a fairly central location.
    I've never had an item disappear from on of those locations...

    Get a library card...

    The bookstands in the Tarrantian library are supposed to work just fine! I`ve never tried it myself though...

    No I ment if you say lave the town and go off for a week then come back don't your items disapper?

    I haven't used all forms of chests/dressers, but I have used the dressers/chests in various inns (Tarant and Blackroot, most often) at the beginning of a game, then still have been able to come back months later with all items intact. I know that trash bins aren't a good place to store items, but I would hope you'd consider that common sense :wink:

    im going to store my items in inns across arcanum

    i have put stuff in trash cans and after a day i think it refreshes them i stored 3000 in one once and came back to fined it had vanished :smile:

    I store them in the small house near the railroad in Tarant.(the house contains a single box)

    I always use Mr Plough's warehouse in Tarant. The bin just inside the doors is a good place to store your stuff.
