Multiplayer Questions

Okies, just two quick questions..

1) Is there a way to respawn in multiplayer without having to quit and rejoin the game?

2) Is there a seperate program for hosting (such as admin-mod) arcanum games without actualy having a character in the game?

 

2) I doubt there is.

 

On a similar note

I've never played multiplayer and I was wondering:

What type of combat is used - turn based or real time? Or how is it chosen?

 

pure realtime.
in my opinion the multuplayer function isn´t worth the effort and time it takes to play it ..
and thats to bad

 

You cannot do turn-based because it would be very boring having to compete with other players (in case you choose option) with a turn-based mode.

Multi-player will be alot better once more mods come out and people actualy start playing. If a patch comes out that lets the game continue while other people join and some people produce some quality maps it could serriously rock.
