mod another game to have an arcanum feel?

every time I look at the skyrim nexus mod site, I always wish ill find some magical steampunk overhaul that's going to make it feel like arcanum.

I guess you could change the music, clothing, weapons, and some dialog to paste a sloppy arcanum feel over skyrim... but that wouldn't even come close to the core of it.

what are you guys thinking? any games out there that we could hitch our arcanum steam wagon to?

 

All games are about as buggy on release so that is half the battle right there.
