    William Thorndop in south Ashbury near the gypsy. I think you have to talk to an expert about him before you can get the dialogue. Make sure you use the dialog that points out that he's the firearms master first because when I did it, and I didn't do so, he wouldn't mention it and I couldn't get the quest.

    It's so hard for my dwarven technologist!!! Me, Jayna, Magnus, Dog got fried by those bastards carrying hand cannons!!! Oh well my dwarven technologist is only lvl 11 anyway :p.
