   Is there any quest that, if you "botch", makes it impossible to complete the Gods Quest later in the game?
   
   I was thinking, for example, of the land-grabbers on the Elven holy land. If you spill blood, does this in any way ruin the shrine there?

   Yes if you spill blood at Falcon's Ache you won't be able to complete the gods quest. Mainly because the spirits will kill your entire party
