Is there a way to recharge an item that for example has 50% magic power?

 

no, the magical power relates to your magical and technological aptitude the more tech the less magicalpower and vice versa. I think.

 

you can however get more spell witch would increase the power

Jinxed is right. Magic Power isn't the "charge" of the armor, it's how well your magic ability works to drive the magic in the armor.

The higher a magic aptitude you have, the better the magic power rating of the item will be.
