where can i find the madalion of beauty for madam lil?

 

In the pub/inn at Dernholm, one of the ladies has it. She's standing by the rooms towards the rear. Pickpocket/kill her for it.

 

or you can find it randomly in treasure chests.

 

I once found it on a dead body in the Wolf cave.... Once.

 

On the docks of Blackroot there is a women with blue dress.She usually walks around that pub where you can find Dante.

 

I usually find them in the strangest places and I find them all the time when I'm not looking for them.
