    Notice that the schematic says it will increase the "strength" of the user. I tried some on and it didn't move my strength even with 100 tech??? Is this an error or am i just misunderstanding the schematic.

    Yeah, you misunderstood it. I did too. All it does is add major resistances. I thought it would increase my skills or something, but it doesn't :sad:.
