Machined Plate and Strength

I am looking for a fix for machined plate, that gives it the ability to boost STR. I have tried Dimensions of Arcanum, but the link to the file does not appear to work, is there an alternate site where I can get it? (I've tried searching Fileplanet already.)

 

You should probably ask TONGSyBASS about that. Or anyone else on this site who's been a long-standing member.
It may even be here, on T-A!
Fileplanet used to have it, but the only arcanum files they hold how are the current patch, and I think maybe they have all of the extra portraits.

I can't get the Machined Plate file to work... I feel sad because I want to be strong and metal clad... *sigh* can someone please show me the light?

 

Did you try starting a new game to do that?
I'm asking because I found that if I load an old save after installing Car Arcanum, the game will play normally and my installation will be nullified.
I think to make the patch work youneed to make a new game, play until you can make or buy machined plate (or make a background in which you start with machined plate), and then see if it's alright.

Yeah, that's a major pain in the ass to do, and it's more trouble than it's worth to get everything going. Glad I could (kindof) help.
