Low Dervish Road

I am doing the quest where you have to take the note that the guy in the gentlemens club in Tarant gives u. He says not to look at the note and to take it to 36 Low Dervish road.Where the HELL! IS 36 LOW DERVISH ROAD.

 

Low Dervish Rd. is in the industrial part of Tarant, that much I am sure of...the exact area I'm not sure on, if someone doesn't tell you sooner, I'll look into it for you!
