Looking for graphical slave to please my modding desires

Alright, so I figured I would ask here, becaue alot of people come through here, and at least on of them has to be a better artist than me. What the fuck, dogs are better artists than me, so there isn't much competition. I am currently having a massive brainchild about making some ...alterations... to Arcanum. You know, add a weapon here, add a monster there, create some new crap here, there and everywhere, that sort of thing. Here is my dilema. I can convert the art files to editable form. I can make all the internal information for the items. I can't draw to save my fucking life.

So if anyone is very good at computer graphics, like Arcanum quality good, get in touch with me. I am an asshole, and I'm probably going to bitch about little things that are wrong, and be all mad because out of 100 bmp files, you'll mess up once, but don't worry, I'll still love you for it. Oh, speaking of bmp, you need a program that deals with files in that form, and handles 256 colors. I don't want to be all picky, but the only convertion I know right now is art2bmp and back, so I can only use bmps, and if it's not in 256, it might look great there, but in Arcanum it will look like total shit, if it even looks at all.

There is one last thing. I want to surprise people with this, so you have to chill with the talking about it. I mean, if I'm posting this, it's pretty obvious that people will know we're doing it, but I want the contents to remain fairly underwraps.

Do you have a site you can recommend? I think it would be hard to find Arcanum style, and perhaps more important, Arcanum quality graphics.
