After playing out the Chaotic Evil opening quest, getting Rannos Davl's quest to clear the moathouse, spending hours doing it, and talking to him again afterwards, he told my party to talk to his agents in Nulb, but refused to name them. I've been up and down those stupid piers, in and out of every enterable building, talking to everybody who had a name (and some people who didn't), and I still haven't located those blasted agents. Was he feeding me a line or something?
Haven't played the CE way yet, but *spoiler* Spoiler The bartender and proprieter of the Inn in Nulb are agents of the temple. Maybe it's them you are looking for and you justy need to get the quests they give you. They each hook you up with a different element high priest.
