I Never Learned How to Read! Help...

    Am very new to playing this one. Have ventured around a little; completed a few quests; but, I have found and purchased a rather large quantity of reading material.(newspapers, books, letters) I can't figure out how to read any of it!
    What's the secret?

    go to your inventory screen and grab the newspaper, then put in in your hands by dragging the paper over to the hand on the bottom right of the screen. it should pop up

    Easier way: right click on it while it is in your inventory.
