Anyways, anybody else have a problem that when u load some saved games it asks you if you want to exit? Then the msg box pops up every once in awhile until you exit an area, where the game exits to the desk top!!! What the heck!@!!!!

i do. but only in the game that i hacked a few char points into, using the char editor from this site. did you do the same? if so, perhaps that's the source. otherwise, i'm not sure.

i also have some strange item in my inventory that i can't move around, and has no name. do you?

Has this bug hit anyone who hasn't used the saved game editor or hacked the game in any way?

I'm interested because I haven't and I'd hate for this to happen to me. I was thinking about using the store inventory hack temporarily just to save me the tedium of sleeping and checking stores just to get an item that I need. If it corrupts the saves, though, I won't do it.

I didn't use cheats on my first time playing the game. Actually, it wasn't that much help since I later realize the walkthrough at TA's after its release. Then on my following replays, I using DKoepp's editor so that I can add more info at my site. :smile:

i used one to try every spell in the game on the wall in the ancient maze... that didn't help thou.

hehe.. then the game crashed anyway.. so i deleted the editor.
