you need to get youreself a bout either buy one, or go see teach for instructions at the bar in blackroot near captains quarters.
you can buy a boat in blackroot aswell in ashbury I think

 

a bout?.. he means a boat.. exuse poor illeterate bast.. man

a ship actualy. jus get urself 50k and it's easy after that

hmm in ashbury? every1 sez blackroot boats are better... btw is there anything good in ashbury bar? cuz that molochean hand dude attacked me and i killed him, and then bartender and half the patrons ran at me...and died of course, but now there is 3 ppl left and no bartender
