How do you get the "God" endings?

In the main plot walkthrough of the page it lists a bunch of endings that say you come back as a XXX type god. What do you have to do to trigger those endings?

I've done the big blessing pagan gods quest, so that doesn't seem to be it.

 

It seems the walkthrough didn't say anything about how you can acquire such ending.

 

I offered to help out the final boss, and then came back to him and said "Actually, I'm just going to kill you" and did. But then the ending wigged out and gave me the "You sided with evil and destroyed the world" ending :sad:

 

I also got that one but not the god ending.

I hate that :sad: I kill khergan, but it still gives me the ending where I return with him and kill everyone. How can you return with someone if he's dead?

I believe this is part of the game they didnot finish, I might be wrong, but then I don't beleive anyone got the different God ending.
