why does the high velocity pistol suck so much? the fine revolver has better stats and takes way less to make.i am saddened by this high suck pistol.
Just take the point that Droch warpringer and high-ranged pistol are the best and use it. Many of those found schemes actually suck (for example, even those "plasma-pistol", which requires mithril ore, or how it's called.)
The plasma-gun is magical, I think. Don't know if it gives more damage depending on the users magical aligment or not.

Indeed the high velocity pistol sucks big time. I've fixed it in my hack. Coming soon (Tm) . No. It has a tech level of 60.
