Hello. I'm new here and I just want to say that I'm looking forward to modding Arcanum. Modding games I like is one of my numerous pasttimes (usually I mod games to fit a POST-APOC scenario). I played the game years back but got discouraged when I tried to mod it because I didn't know what to do when I got stuck or when I got an error or something. But I recently found this site and I'm glad to see that there are a lot of Arcanum modders after all.

Thanks for welcoming me. like I said, I've been wanting to mod Arcanum for years but I never found a modding community to help me out until I stumbled on to this site That is to say, the very first thing I wanted to change was the dearth of portraits for the playable characters. Recently I discovered how simple it is, (64x64 and 128x128 bmps with the appropriate file names). here are some of the portraits that I drew for my Arcanum, If anyone's interested I might make more for the community to use. also, if they are all too "beaten-with-an-ugly-stick" for you, please tell me what needs to be changed and what makes it undesirable. xie xie da jia [/img]
