Help with Blackroot taxes

I posted this in the bug reporting thread, and didn't get a reply, so rather than press the issue I thought I'd start a thread. I am playing with Drog's latest patch plus the extra pack. Here is what I wrote:

I don't know whether or not this is related to 081004. I have retrieved the dagger from the thieves by getting the poison, however the mayor has nothing to say to me (ie when I click on him the only dialogue choice I have is to say goodbye), and I cannot advance the quest.

 

Might seem like a ridiculous question, but did you have the tax quest before taking to the thief?

 

OK, found the bug, I'll update the temporary fix now.

Shit. I just posted about this same problem in that very thread. I should of checked before hand.
