I can't find the stupid hall of records to find what happened to Twillinger(sp?). I went to his grave and saw he was dead.... I looked in the building with the dept. of water in tarant, but there is only the politician who wants you to go to Caladon and persuade them to ally with tarant. Any help you can give would be awesome! Thanks in advance, Betty
If I remember correctly, the Hall of Records is in the basement of the Dept of Water. There is a set of stairs that go down.
