    I can't find the stupid hall of records to find what happened to Twillinger(sp?). I went to his grave and saw he was dead.... I looked in the building with the dept. of water in tarant, but there is only the politician who wants you to go to Caladon and persuade them to ally with tarant.

    Any help you can give would be awesome!

    Well Ive just read this, you probably know this by now, but then I hate seeing a thread with 0 reply. :smile:

    Theres a room under the dept. of water. The passage is in the lower right of the bldg..
    The statistician or something is there... :smile:
