    Is it possible to achive mastery in Firearms with a Half-elf, other than using an editor?, and how would you do this?, do you need any special Backrounds or such? Thanks

    some guy awhile ago said that his half-elf had mastery without any related background. That about covers it

    So, from what I gather, a half-elf can obtain a level of 4.5 in firearms without the "Bandit" Background, or any other?, Thank you very much for your patience (I'm just trying to sort this out absolutely and terminally, you've been a great help) Thanks

    If you believe the guy yes I suppose. I have a human. But the guy said he became a master. Don't blame me if you won't :smile: seems to me you can even at 4.5
