    Where is the Great Library!! I got a membership, but what does it do?

    Tech Manuals? I can't read any!!! I dunno why, my tech aptitude is so high that people say "the great tech master" and i can't buy stuff from some magic people...

    help!!!

    The great library is in Tarant... You NEED a book there for the main plot eventually.


    Tech Manuals are not supposed to be read. They help u with the technical aptitude of the book u bought. They help for FOUND schematics and makes u able to use found shematics without actually putting any pts in the skill.

    Mage shops dont sell or let u buy from them because ur a techy. Your technical 'aura' interferes with their magic and they hate ya. Same goes for magic ppl at tech shops.
