Fractional point bonuses

If you have a 5.25 rating in a skill, is
that better than a 5.00 if you don't have
any penalties assesed against you? Or is
5.00 the effective maximum?

 

Yup, a skill at 21 (5,25 CP) works better than one at 20 (5,00 CP). Likewise, you can have a skill at -1(-0,25 CP) and that works even worse than having one at 0.
