It is not wonderful that female charachters in game few in comparison to male. Elements of Victorian Age suppose dominant role of men. But there are several bright chars. Who of them are hyghly impressive? My fav female charachter is Lianna. Her interesting and sad (but probably with happy end) story, noble temper, excellent fighting skills, amazing sword and beautiful name induce sympathy. Also can't conceal about Zan - not good alighnmented, but refined dark female image.
I adore Z'an, I really do. She's so utterly creepy, and yet she's so interesting. There's nobody my evil character would rather have at her back. Am I the only person really, really irritated by Raven? It's just, I dunno... she rubs me the wrong way a bit.
yea, she does depending on my character setup. btw, I regret getting chukka and that mage dwarf, both suck. -.-
Raven has her good points, but yeah... Having to choose either her or Z'an is annoying. And her cowardly streak can be a pain. Getting additional dialogue with her around is cool. But there's a conversation you have with her toward the end of the game that's only fun once. And then it becomes a huge pain in the butt. Also, combat... She's awesome for overland travel because she kills venom hounds like she majored in it in college. But then at other times when an archer who can heal you would be really handy, she just casts Body of Water on herself and tries to avoid confronting the enemy. It would be easier to tolerate her crap if you could at least count on her to do something useful in combat. Even casting Squall of Ice more often would be an improvement.
