    I just saw "Sunday's Best Dress" and the "Elegant Dress" at the tailor in Tarant so, yes, I'd say so. Must be city tailors only, though, as I've not seen them in rural areas.

    Both Elegant and "Sunday's Best" Dresses have a 10% chance to appeach in a city tailor's (which equals tailors in Tarant and Ashbury) stock each day. If you are playing patched, that is.

    There's also at least three that be found around the world. One is being worn by someone if I remember correctly.
