Editor Question--READ BEFORE FLAMING!

I realize this may not be the right place, but if anyone read this and thinks they can help, please hear me out. I am trying to work on those lovely Mods that we can create with the user editor. What I wanted to know is if anyone has a copy of, or can direct me to a working (emphasis there!) page with AMTUT (the mod tutorial). I have attempted upin several occasions to get a look at it, and recieve the same error each time--it is down. I am trying to figure out how to do dialogues! The skill eludes me, even with the manual!

Again, I apologize for a post that is perhaps out of place, but I really made this my last resort, and I cannot find a decent source of help anywhere else! Thanks sincerely in advance to anyone who can help.
