Download section update

Just thought I should let you know that mathboy has updated the downloads section. The topmost header is a new category called "Arcanum Beta Stuff" that's got two winRARed .mp3 files in it that dates back from the day when Arcanum was still in beta. One is called "The Honourable Franklin Payne" and has our favorite adventurer deliver a speech to the zoological society of Tarant and the one called 22inmemoriam is a piece of soundtrack cut from the finished game.
