does resistance mods work in the background??

ok i can't seem to get the resistance to work on one of my backgrounds. it it possible to add it?? thanks.

ok i figured it out. in case anyone else has this porblem. the placement is everything. it only worked when i put the resistance first. the final working line looked like this. hope this helps someone.
