Divine blessings/curses

    I know that if you make offerings to the gods/goddesses of arcanum in a certain order you receive some sort of ultimate blessing. Here's my question. I know for the lesser gods if you make an offering to one there will be another one that curses you. The blessing shows up in the book; but what about the curse? I startede out of sequence so i'll need to start over by making an offering to the opposing god of to start from scratch. But where is the curse or am i safe to retry without making a peace offering to Kerlin?
